We carry 4 types of Fresh-cut Christmas Trees: Noble Fir, Nordman Fir, Grand Fir, and Douglas Fir. Our trees are fresh from tree farms in Oregon. Come choose your special tree for you family or business.

Lighting of the Bay and Fire & Lights Festival
Visit the Resort for the opening night celebration for Lighting of the Bay and the Fire and Lights Festival on Friday, November 29th! There will be holiday crafts, festive food and concessions, photos with Santa, a holiday movie on the beach, fire dance performance, and other fun activities for the whole family!
At 6 pm, Santa will flip the switch to turn on the 34th Annual Lighting of the Bay. The serene, waveless bay will transform into a vibrant winter wonderland featuring more than fifty holiday light displays floating on the bay.

The Lighting of the Bay is free for the public to enjoy throughout the season. The Fire & Lights Festival is free entry and open to the public through January 5, 2025 (concessions, some activities, and trees are an additional cost). Click the link below to be directed to the Newport Dunes website.

Christmas Trees Flocking is a great way to add glam to you tree. Glitter can also be added which creates a great effect when the Christmas tree lights are on.
Trimming and Loading
Every Christmas Tree is cared for and delivered fresh. To maintain the freshest tree for the season, we trim the tree trunk for maximum water absorption. Our friendly porters will help load your tree, safely and securely. No additional charge!

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FRESH-CUT CHRISTMAS TREE

USE LOTS OF WATER
When a Christmas tree is cut, more than half its weight is water. With proper care, you can extend the life of your tree.

MAKE A FRESH CUT
Remove about a 1/2-inch of wood from the base of the trunk before putting the tree in the stand.

DISPLAY YOUR TREE INDOORS
Use a stand with an adequate water holding capacity for the tree. As a general rule, stands should provide 1 quart of water per inch of stem diameter. maintain a constant water level in the stand.

USE LOW HEAT LIGHTS
Use of lights that produce low heat, such as LED lights, will reduce drying of the tree. Always inspects lights prior to placing them on the tree. Do not overload electrical circuits.

MONITOR THE TREE FOR FRESHNESS
Check the stand daily to make sure that the level of water does not go below the base of the tree.

KEEP TREE A SAFE DISTANCE
Keep trees away from major sources of heat (fireplaces, heaters, heat vents, direct sunlight). Lowering the room temperature will slow the drying process and resulting in less water consumption.
